Our story

Hi, I’m Neyrah, the founder and CEO of Neyrah Cosmetics. My journey to creating this brand started with a very personal struggle: I used to suffer from hormonal acne that caused frequent breakouts. Back then, I worked as a flight attendant, a role that put me in the public eye almost every day. Being constantly seen and noticed made me feel self-conscious and frustrated, especially when my skin didn’t feel or look its best.

One day, I decided I had enough. I began experimenting with my own skincare recipes, carefully crafting formulas that addressed my skin’s unique needs. The results were incredible — my skin transformed, and I finally felt confident in my own skin.

Inspired by my journey, I decided to create a professional skincare brand that combines natural, vegan, and organic ingredients with scientific research and strict quality standards . Every product at Neyrah Cosmetics is rooted in personal experience, crafted with care, transparency, and dedication, designed to empower others to feel confident, radiant, and healthy in their skin.

The Meaning Behind “Neyrah”

The name Neyrah draws inspiration from the natural and mythic worlds, blending two powerful symbols into one brand essence. On one hand, it evokes the image of the River Neira, flowing through Galicia in Spain — a name derived from the Galician “nea” meaning “vein of water” or “water‑source”, reflecting nature’s purity, renewal and the life‑giving force of water.

On the other hand, the name carries connotations of light, radiance and feminine strength — in various cultures the similar names Neira/Neyra/Naira are associated with luminosity, divine presence or a goddess‑like aura. 

Together, Neyrah becomes a name that symbolises flow and transformation (like the river), and beauty and empowerment (like a goddess). It speaks to a brand rooted in nature (water, renewal, organic ingredients) and elevated by a sense of elevated confidence and feminine divinity. Whenever someone chooses Neyrah, they are invited to connect with a story of nature’s calm strength and inner light shining outward.
